Confidentiality Agreement

Please read and acknowledge each statement below:

  1. Confidentiality of Information I understand that all information shared or obtained in the course of my coaching relationship with my Coach is treated as confidential, in accordance with BESA Coaching’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  2. Exceptions to Confidentiality I acknowledge that confidentiality may be legally or ethically limited. My Coach and BESA Coaching may disclose confidential information without a specific release if such disclosure is:
    • Required by law or legal process (including court orders or subpoenas).
    • Necessary to protect my welfare or the welfare of others (such as imminent risk of harm, or suspected child or elder abuse or neglect).
    • Permitted in accordance with professional standards or regulatory obligations.
  3. Internal Access and Quality Assurance I understand that authorized BESA Coaching personnel may access coaching session notes and communications for quality assurance, compliance, safety, or legal reasons, as outlined in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Disclosure to Third Parties My Coach will not disclose confidential information to third parties without my explicit written consent, except as described above.
  5. Electronic Communications I understand that coaching communications may occur via electronic means (such as email, text, video conferencing, or voicemail). While BESA Coaching employs industry-standard security measures, the confidentiality of electronic communications cannot be absolutely guaranteed. I am aware that using electronic means may involve risks of unintended disclosure or interception.
  6. Data Privacy and Security I acknowledge that my personal and session information is handled in accordance with BESA Coaching’s Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
  7. Obligation to Update I agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify my Coach or BESA Coaching promptly of any changes relevant to my coaching relationship.
  8. Questions or Concerns If I have questions about confidentiality, data protection, or the scope of these agreements, I may contact BESA Coaching at support@besacoaching.com.
By participating in coaching services with BESA Coaching, I acknowledge and accept these confidentiality terms.
